We have created instruction manuals and quick reference guides to help your employees learn how to use the DX1 platform and refresh their memory as time goes on. Screenshots and step by step instructions make it easy for your employees to follow along and complete tasks. Once you log in to DX1, the learning management system can be found under the Resources and Information section.
To assist with your onboarding process, we have created learning paths for each department within your dealership. You can assign courses to employees and track their progress, or they can select classes and training sessions that they’d like to participate in. Everything from instructor-led courses to self-paced training is available to your dealership.
