OE and distributor integrations with DX1’s Dealer Management System allow our dealers to make day-to-day operations seamless. DX1 dealers no longer need to search the OE website, copying and pasting information into a DMS and using that same information to update their website. Information should be real-time, easily accessible, and accurate.
DX1 integrations allow us to connect to OE features and data quickly and seamlessly. We can then provide you with better information to give to your customers. You have what you need and the customer gets what they want. A more informed dealership is invaluable to the customer.
Parts and Accessories:
PARTS MASTER – The Parts Master interface enables DX1 to pull complete or incremental price files and load them into the DX1 DMS on a regular basis (usually daily), ensuring that dealers always have access to all parts and their current pricing.
PARTS FINDER – The Parts Finder interface enables dealers to search the OE warehouse availability of all OE part numbers in real time within DX1. It could also allow dealers to search other dealers’ inventory based on a radius search. When a part is hard to find, this feature will save a dealer time while making their job easier.
PARTS INVENTORY – The Parts Inventory integration enables DX1 to send each dealer’s parts inventory levels to the OE. This allows the OE to keep track of current field inventory. OEs could use this intelligence to improve operations or to locate hard-to-find parts for dealers.
PARTS ORDERING – Integrated DMS OE parts ordering means less steps for dealers – saving them time. This integration will ensure data accuracy and means dealers will always have the latest order information available without leaving the DX1 DMS.
VEHICLE INFORMATION – The Vehicle Information integration enables service managers in DX1 to pull information for the service unit based on it’s VIN directly from the OE databases. Information returned may include vehicle specifications/options, service history, service bulletins, existing service contract, remaining warranty term, etc.
LEADS INTEGRATION – With the Leads Integration interface, dealers can import leads into the DX1 DMS lead tracking tool, send lead status updates to the OE, and export leads as required.
UNIT PROMOTIONS – The Unit Promotions integration enables dealers to look up their currently available OE sales promotion information such as rebates, spiffs and financing options for a specific model on a deal. With this real-time interface, dealers have access to OE programs and promotions as they are released, making them immediately visible within the DX1 DMS as soon as a sales event begins.
FINANCIAL REPORTING – This integration allows dealers to extract detailed financial data from Quickbooks and invoice and inventory counts from DX1 and then submit that information electronically.
