All Out Cycles: On the Fast Track to Success

This family owned, multi-brand dealership in southeast Virginia is growing rapidly. The dealership doubled its square footage, took on more lines and expanded the parts and service departments. This major expansion included the addition of the DX1 dealership management platform as owners David and Michael Hansin create efficiencies within their dealership.

“We needed a system that was able to grow with us,” said David Hansin. “DX1’s cloud-based platform makes it easy to grow. You don’t have to manage the infrastructure.”

Before DX1, posting units on their website and keeping inventory current was "too much work to maintain,” said Hansin. “Because DX1 is automated, all of our inventory is displayed on our site. Now we have hundreds of units listed instead of 25-30.” That translates to 300% more inventory available online, and “a lot more quality leads,” said Hansin.

“We close 20-25% of leads that come in through our DX1 website.”
