For the 24th year in a row, Powersports Business has selected 50 products and services that they believe will help boost dealership profits in 2023. This long-standing tradition is an annual collection of "who's-who" in the PowerSports world. This year's submission was about one of DX1's newest features called Integrated E-Payments for Customers. DX1 E-Payments make the payment process simpler, safer and more convenient for dealers and their customers. A dealership can request payment via email or SMS text message from any invoice. The customer will receive the message with a copy of the invoice and a link to securely enter their credit card details and submit their payment. Their payment will be processed immediately and applied to the invoice. Funds will be processed through the same merchant account as regular credit card payments and once applied to the invoice can be voided or refunded like regular credit card payments. This seamless process allows dealers to move forward with service work or ordering parts for customers immediately.
